Loss Analysis

injury data from prior years is analyzed to identify frequency and
severity of injuries, what types of injuries and area/department where injuries are
occuring. This type of analysis will help prioritize the actions needed to be taken
that will make the most impact. This analysis is also an effective means of obtaining
support from senior management.

Workers' Compensation Risk Evaluation
a. Audit of current Safety Program, safety training, safety culture of management
and employees and work-related injury trends.
b. Identification of exposures and risks.
c. Evaluation of current Workers' Compensation Program, including reporting of
injuries, medical providers, medical management.
d. Evaluation of current Return-To-Work (RTW) Program, including attitudes and
level of understanding regarding the benefits of RTW programs by employees
and management.

Employee Training
- Employees need to know how to recognize the
"early" signs and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Provide your
employees with the necessary "self-help" skills by training them on the
"how and why" of adjusting their own workspace.

Train-the-Trainer
- provide a designated individual or "team" from within
your organization with the understanding, resources and tools needed to
identify and resolve ergonomic problems "in-house".
